Just as every person is unique, so are the events and special occasions we celebrate. Pricing for each event is based on menu selections, number of guests, venue, length of event, rental items and staffing. We invite you to set up an appointment with us to discuss your menu, pricing and unique wishes for your next event. Items which will need to be taken into consideration when providing a quote include the following:
- A per person charge for all food
- Additional labor including servers, bartenders, and chefs
- Bar Services
- Any rental items needed
- Any additional subcontracted services you would like us to coordinate such as music, entertainment, valet services, flower arrangements, etc.
The Pampered Palate will coordinate rental items for your event and there is a surcharge for this service. Typical rental items include everything from plates, glassware, silverware, tables, chairs, linens, tents, lighting and portable heaters. Rental requirements will be determined after your menu is determined and location confirmed. We do not recommend that you coordinate the rentals, as certain critical items can be missed or overlooked. This service takes the pressure off you and allows you to enjoy the event!
