Chefs Tasting Menu
This menu will showcase the wide array of techniques and flavors offered by Chef Merrit Brady. Your menu will begin with an Amuse Bouche, followed by salad, appetizer, fish, meat and dessert. The portion size will be smaller to allow guests to comfortably enjoy all of the courses. Special requests and dietary restrictions will be taken into account when designing the menu.
This menu is a great option to enjoy before your early tee-time. Breakfast includes a serve yourself assortment of Danishes, Muffins, Fresh Fruit, Bagels, Toast, Jams and Jellies, Cream Cheese, two breakfast meats, pancakes, hash browns and eggs made to order. Orange Juice and coffee are also provided.
Taste of the Lowcountry
This menu is a showcase of local products and flavors. The meal is served family style and consists of your choice of salad, followed by Lowcountry Shrimp and Grits, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Smoked Sausage, Shrimp and Chicken Jambalaya, Roasted Vegetables and Corn Bread Muffins followed by Key Lime Pie with Fresh Whipped Cream for Dessert.
Prime Rib Dinner
This meal is perfect for your golf group. The meal is served buffet style and consists of Caesar Salad, Herb Roasted New Potatoes or Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables, Rosemary Roasted Prime Rib of Beef, Au Jus and Horseradish Sauce, Warm Bread and Butter and your choice of Dessert. This menu is limited to parties of 6 or more guests.
A great summer time menu! Served on a casual buffet style basis and includes slow roasted baby back ribs, bbq chicken, corn on the cob, baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw, corn bread and for dessert fresh fruit cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
